Picnic Shelter Rentals
*Outdoor shelter rentals available March-September 8:00am-8:30pm*
Honor Heights Park:
Located at 1400 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, Ok 74401 has 2 shelters for use. A permit is required for use of the Picnic Shelters with approval from the Parks and Recreation Department. The following fees are charged for using either the North or South shelter: $30.00 for each 3-hour block of time and a $10 key deposit.

Capacity: Seating for approximately 75. Six-9 ft picnic tables, 3 square tables.
Facilities: Restrooms available year-round. Grill available-requires deposit for the key. Electric (2-2000
w/20 amp circuits).
Recreation: Pavilion next to the splash pad and playground, and walking trails.
South Shelter:
Capacity: Seating for approximately 75. Two-10 ft tables; Seven-8 ft tables.
Facilities: restrooms next to the pavilion available year-round. Electric (3-2000W/20 amp circuits).
Recreation: Splash pad and playground within walking distance, open lawn space, and walking trails.
Elliott Park:
Location: 840 Altamont Street, Muskogee, OK 74401 (next to Sadler Elementary School) has one shelter for use. A permit is required for use of the Picnic Shelter with approval from the Parks and Recreation Department. The following fees are charged for using the shelter: $30.00 for each 3-hour block of time and a $10 key deposit.
Capacity: Seating for approximately 65. One-8 ft picnic table, Four-12 ft picnic tables.
Facilities: Kitchenette reservation available with Pavilion Rental-sink, refrigerator, countertop, electrical outlets(4-2000W/20amp circuits), and serving window. No AC or Heat in the kitchen building. Two--2000W/20amp circuits outside of the building, no outlets on the pavilion. The kitchenette and restroom building is winterized November 1-March 10.
Kitchenette Reservation Fee: $20 additional fee required with Pavilion Rental Fee. No Refunds.

Location: East Okmulgee and East Side Boulevard (south of tennis courts)
Capacity: Seating for approximately 60. Two-8 ft picnic tables, Four-12 ft picnic tables.
Facilities: Restrooms available on the north end of pool house (winterized November 1-March 10). Electric (Two--2000W/20 amp circuits on Pavilion).
Recreation: Walking trails, volleyball net, open lawn space, playground, tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool open
Memorial Weekend-August 5th.
Cost: $30-3 hour block of time
Deposit: $10 key deposit
Scout House (Indoor Facility)
Location: 820 Dorchester Ave (southeast corner of Spaulding Park)
Capacity: 1700 sq ft; 85 people. Indoor 4-6' ft tables, 6-8' tables, 44 chairs. Outdoor tables seating for 32.
Facilities: Open floor plan with kitchenette. Sink, countertop, and refrigerator, restroom, outdoor grill and patio with seating.
Retractable projector screen. No wifi access.
Recreation: Open lawn space, walking trails. Swimming pool, playground, and tennis courts within walking distance.
Rentals Available Daily: 10am-11pm ($150)
Deposit: $100.00 (cash or check only) $10 key deposit (cash or check only)
Robison Park Shelter:
Location: 1100 Gulick Avenue, Muskogee, Ok 74403 has one shelter available for use. A permit is required for use of the picnic shelter with approval from the Parks and Recreation Department. $30 for each 3-hour block of time and a $10 key deposit.
Capacity: Seating for approximately 35. Five-6 ft picnic tables.
Facilities: Restrooms available year-round. Electric (one--2000W/20 amp circuit).
Recreation: Playground and splash pad next to the shelter, open lawn space, and walking trails. Skatepark, basketball courts within walking distance.
Rotary Park:
Location: 24th & Elgin, Muskogee, OK 74401.
Capacity: Seating for approximately 20. Two 10ft tables.
Facilities: Porta potties available May 1st-September 30th. Grill available - requires deposit for key. No electrical hookup available.
Recreation: Playground and splash pad next to the shelter, open lawn space and basketball court.
Picnic tables with benches and charcoal grills are provided for use with each shelter. No additional charge for use of the grill; you will need to pick up a key, a $10 deposit is required (exact cash or check only), and are responsible for your own charcoal. You may pay for use of the shelter by either cash (exact change), credit card, check, or money order. Checks made payable to Muskogee Parks and Recreation.
