Oklahoma Festival of Ballooning

GENERAL ADMISSION ENTRANCE:    4000 Border Ave  Muskogee, OK
$20 per vehicle.  No public access through Love-Hatbox Sports Complex. Please have your money ready at the gate to hand to the parking attendant.  Event staff will be on the grounds should you have questions.  
FAQs:
What should I bring?  Lawn chairs and blankets.  There will be bleachers along the perimeter of the spectator field and picnic tables in the food vendor area with a tent. Shade structures are only allowed along the perimeter of the spectator field. 
Are pets allowed?  NO.  Pets (small or large) are not allowed. 
Is there handicap parking?  Yes, parking attendants will direct you to the designated handicap parking area.   
Is Preferred Parking available?  Yes, $40 (see map) passes must be purchased in advance. No Preferred Parking Passes sold onsite.
Can I bring my RV?  Yes. This is a great way to enjoy the Festival! Hot Air Balloons begin flying on Thursday evening for media flights and fly morning and evening throughout the 3-day event. RV Site Map   RV Reservation (available May 1st)
Are there admission fees to enter the event or concert?  No, only the $20 parking fee.  There will be inflatables, tethered balloon rides, helicopter rides, food trucks, and vendors.  
Can I bring my cooler?  No coolers or outside food/drinks allowed inside the event.  Please support the food trucks and drink vendors on-site. 
Can I bring my drone?  No, drones are not allowed.  Cameras are welcome.

Kids Zone - Inflatables and activity booths -  FREE  (Kids area geared for age 10 and under.  We will have a giant slide for the "big' kids!) 
Tethered Rides: $20 per person, first come first serve.  Riders must be physically able to climb into the basket and stand unassisted.  It is the Balloon pilot’s discretion regarding number of riders and appropriate weight inside the basket.  Family/friends may be separated to ensure safety of each ride.  
Helicopter Rides: Pricing starting at $40 per person (flights up to 8 minutes). 2-3 person per flight.     
Event Schedule: Friday and Saturday 5pm-9pm - August 23rd and 24th.  
Saturday and Sunday Competition Flights at sunrise are open to the public (no parking fee for entry). Live Broadcast of the competition flights will be available on our Facebook page.
